Copyright Policy
RerollAccount respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, please follow the procedures below to submit a copyright infringement notice.
Notice of Claimed Infringement
If you believe that material available on RerollAccount infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing the information required under applicable copyright law.
Required Information
Your copyright infringement notice should include:
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact location of the allegedly infringing material on the website, including the specific URL whenever possible.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement confirming that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Submitting a Copyright Notice
Copyright holders or their authorized representatives may submit a copyright infringement notice by emailing our designated Copyright Agent at help@rerollaccount.com. Please use this email address only for copyright-related matters.
Important Notice
Misrepresenting facts in a copyright infringement notice or counter-notification, or abusing the DMCA notice process, may result in legal liability, including damages, court costs, and attorneys’ fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). These procedures apply only to copyright infringement claims submitted by copyright owners or their authorized agents.
Takedown Procedure
Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice that complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512, RerollAccount will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Forward the copyright complaint to the user who posted the material.
- Take reasonable steps to notify the affected user that the material has been removed or access has been disabled.
Incomplete Notices
If your notice does not fully comply with the requirements of the DMCA but sufficiently identifies the allegedly infringing work, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and assist you in completing the required information.
