Refund Policy

General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final. Refunds are generally not available except under the specific circumstances described in this policy.

Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If the product or service is significantly different from its description. In this case, do not use, modify, or access the product. Please contact us immediately so our management team can review your request.
• If we are unable to fulfill or process your order, you will receive a full refund.
• If delivery exceeds 24 hours, you may request to cancel your order before delivery and receive a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:

• Accidental purchases.
• Purchases made by family members or other unauthorized users of your device or payment method.
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
• Requests for exchanges or trade-ins.
• Products that have already been used, accessed, modified, or secured by the buyer.

Warranty

RerollAccount provides two separate warranties. Which one applies depends on what you purchased.

Accounts and other delivered products

Every account and delivered digital product includes a 5-day warranty beginning on the date of purchase. During this period we will assist with eligible product-related issues, such as the product not matching its description, or loss of access caused by the original source. After 5 days this warranty expires and RerollAccount is no longer responsible for product issues or faults, unless Extended Warranty was purchased at checkout, in which case the extended term applies in its place.

Boosting, piloting and account care services

Work performed on an account you already own carries a lifetime warranty on that work. If your account receives a ban that results directly from work our team carried out on it, that cover has no expiry date. This applies only to bans caused by our own actions on your account. It does not extend to the account itself, to bans caused by your own activity, or to work carried out by any other provider.

Extended Warranty

Where offered at checkout, Extended Warranty replaces the standard 5-day term with 30 or 60 days from the date of purchase. Coverage and exclusions are otherwise identical to the standard warranty. If an Extended Warranty claim is approved, you will receive a refund of the product price minus the warranty fee. Extended Warranty is void if the account is resold.

What no warranty covers

• Bans or loss of access caused by your own actions after delivery, including the use of cheats or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Loss of access resulting from a failure to secure the account, as set out under Account Security below.
• Reselling the product to another person. Reselling voids all warranty cover.
• Failure to follow the delivery or handover instructions provided with your order.
• Items, currency or purchases made on the account after delivery.

Account Security

Buyers are responsible for securing their purchased accounts immediately after delivery, including enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and changing associated passwords or email credentials. RerollAccount is not liable for any loss of access resulting from a buyer’s failure to properly secure the account.
