Yes. Each region has its own exploration listing, and the boss, domain and build listings ask which boss, domain or character you want. For Spiral Abyss you pick the floors.

Can I still play during my order?
Yes, between sessions. Tell your booster the hours you play and they work around them.

Which Genshin boost should I buy first?
With an unfinished map, start with Exploration, because completion pays its Primogems once. With the map done and characters unbuilt, start with Builds. If you are short on materials for a character you own, start with Farming.
