Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products and services, we must enforce a strict no refund policy. All sales are considered final and will no longer be eligible for a refund except circumstances below:

  • If a product or service is significantly not as described, DO NOT use, play, or changing the confidentiality of the product and immediately contact us via Email and a member of our management team will review the situation.

  • There is no obligation for RerollAccount.com to issue a refund in the case that a product was purchased by accident, purchased by a family member, or if any sort of buyer’s remorse sets in or Delivery Time within 24 hours.

  • In accordance with our refund policy, we do not offer exchanges or trade-ins.

  • In the event we are unable to process your order, we are fully obliged to completely refund your order.

  • We only offer cancellation if our delivery time exceed 24 hours. Please consider before purchasing.
