Due to the nature of the products and services, we must enforce a strict no refund policy. All sales are considered final and will no longer be eligible for a refund except circumstances below:

If a product or service is significantly not as described, DO NOT use, play, or changing the confidentiality of the product and immediately contact us via Email and a member of our management team will review the situation.

There is no obligation for RerollAccount.com to issue a refund in the case that a product was purchased by accident, purchased by a family member, or if any sort of buyer’s remorse sets in or Delivery Time within 24 hours.

In accordance with our refund policy, we do not offer exchanges or trade-ins.

In the event we are unable to process your order, we are fully obliged to completely refund your order.

We only offer cancellation if our delivery time exceed 24 hours. Please consider before purchasing.
Warranty Terms:
All products purchased come with a 7 Days warranty from the date of purchase. After this 7 Days period, RerollAccount will not be responsible for any issues or faults with the product. By completing a purchase, you are agreeing to this policy. We will not accept claims based on a lack of awareness of these terms.
In the event if you lost access to your account because you forgot to secure your account (Not enabling 2FA or changing password of the email), please note that RerollAccount WILL NOT be held liable for your carelessness.
