📖 Archon Quests
Genshin Archon Quests are the main story, from the Mondstadt Prologue to Snezhnaya. Order the whole story, one chapter or single acts. These are the acts that open a region:
- Inazuma opens with Chapter II Act I, "The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia", at Adventure Rank 30
- Sumeru follows Chapter II Act IV, "Requiem of the Echoing Depths", at Adventure Rank 35
- Fontaine follows "Caribert" at Adventure Rank 40
- Natlan follows "Bedtime Story" at Adventure Rank 40
- Nod-Krai is Song of the Welkin Moon, a Prelude and ten acts
- Snezhnaya needs the Eye of Graeae from Chapter VII Act I, "Everwinter Without Mercy". Without the gadget your party freezes on entry

Genshin Story Quests are the character stories. Name the character and we play it through. Since Version 5.4 they open on Adventure Rank and earlier quests alone, which makes them the quickest quests on this page.

How do I unlock Snezhnaya?
Adventure Rank 19 and Mondstadt Prologue Act III, "Song of the Dragon and Freedom". You also need the Eye of Graeae from Chapter VII Act I.
Can you clear the Archon Quest that unlocks a region I want explored?
Yes. Add the region's exploration to the Archon Quest order, or see Genshin exploration boost for single areas.
Do Story Quests still need Story Keys?
Story Keys came off Story Quests in Version 5.4. Hangout Events still take two per act.
