The story only passes through the Black Shores twice: Chapter I, Act VIII, “To the Shore’s End”, and Chapter II, Act XII. Chests the story route skips stay there until someone goes back for them.

The region has no Sonance Caskets or Tapes to hand in, so 100% comes down to the chests, the puzzles and the routes between them.
