Rupture Agents are still thin on the ground, so he does not compete with much. His banner has ended, so a Banyue ZZZ Starter Account is the only way to play him until a rerun.

Rupture is the specialty that ignores armour. Banyue converts his Fire damage into Sheer damage, so enemy defense stops applying. That is exactly what you want against the bosses built to shrug off ordinary hits. He needs a Stun Agent to hold targets still while he commits. A support behind him keeps the damage window open. Both of those slots have affordable answers on the roster. The S-Rank does not, and this account has him.
