🎯 Name the set · Say the set and the main stats you want on sands, goblet and circlet. If you are unsure which fits your character, ask on live chat first

⚖️ World Level · Artifact drops scale with World Level. Below World Level 5 a five-star set takes considerably longer, and we would rather tell you than let you find out

🎲 Substats · These roll randomly as a piece levels. No service can guarantee them, and we will not pretend otherwise

🛑 What we complete depends on the options you choose above. If the account cannot support what you ordered, we say so before we start and either quote the fix or refund you. We would rather lose the sale than take it and fail.

Most accounts do not, which is why we check first. Building a character burns talent books, boss drops, Hero's Wit and a lot of Mora. If yours is short we tell you what is missing and quote the farming separately, before we start, so you are never surprised by a half-finished build.

No. We build a full five-piece set with the correct main stats and usable substats, all levelled to +20, and that is what the listing promises. Perfect substats are luck, not service, and we would rather deliver what we said than sell you a lottery ticket.

Level 9 is what we deliver as standard. Level 10 requires a Crown of Insight, which only drops from limited-time events and cannot be farmed. If you have a Crown sitting in your inventory we will use it and take that talent to 10.

Any character already on your account. We do not wish, pull, or spend your Primogems to obtain one. If you want a character you do not own yet, that is a different purchase.

No. We use materials and Mora to build what you asked for. Your pull currency is untouched.

That is fine and it usually makes the job faster. We pick up from where your account is and finish it. You are not charged less for the levels you already put in, but nothing gets reset either.
