She is still the benchmark other Stun Agents get measured against. Her banner has ended, so a Qingyi ZZZ Starter Account is the only way to play her until a rerun.

Qingyi builds Daze quickly, then raises the damage the whole team lands into the stunned target. That second half is why she outlasted most of her generation. She pays out whether or not she is the one on screen, so she never feels like a wasted rotation. Almost any Electric damage Agent works behind her, and plenty of non-Electric ones do too. The damage slot is easy to fill. The Stun slot is not, and this account has her.
