A completely separate Agent from the Anby you start the game with. She came out of Silver Squad, an Obsidian Division unit that no longer exists. The name marks the difference, and so does the kit. Her banner has ended, and a Soldier 0 Anby ZZZ Starter Account puts her on your roster the day it arrives.

She is a clear step up from standard Anby for Electric teams rather than a reskin. Her damage comes from chained Electric hits that build as the fight goes on. She wants a Stun Agent in front to hold the target still, with an Electric support behind her to raise the ceiling. Qingyi and Astra Yao are the classic answers to both slots, and both are far easier to reach than the carry itself.
