Order Completed but have not receive?

Check for “License key” at the bottom of your order email, it is the login credentials of the order account in the format of Username—-Password, Remove the “—-” seperator, and you can just login to the game with the login credentials.

Please check your Spam/Junk folders , in some cases your email mark our message as spam and move to these folders.

"Too many requests, try again later"

If you get this error, you will need to wait 7-14 days before changing again, this is because you logged on from a new location/ip address (its a new security feature from the game company to protect accounts from phishing/hackers). But don’t worry, your account is still safe and secure, just make sure you do not share your login details with others.

How's the whole process like?

1. Choose and purchase your account.

2. The username and password will be sent to your e-mail within 24-hours or within minutes (below your order email, labelled as “License key“)

3. Proceed to login, bind your e-mail and change your password.

Can we transfer Resources from Accounts bought on RerollAccount to My Account?

In short, the answer is NO. We are offering Reroll Account, ‘Reroll’ is the term used in gacha games, which refer to repeatedly restart the game to achieve the gacha result needed by the player. Therefore, reroll account is essentially fresh starter account and could not perform transferring of resources or items. Please do your own research before buying.

Are these reroll accounts legit and safe?

Yes, by performing the action ‘reroll’, it will not result in suspension or any restriction in game. The accounts bought will perform just as per normal as the generic account. How do I check the account before binding? It is asking me to bind email onto it.

Can I connect my email, handphone, social media account onto it?

Yes you can, all our accounts have not bind to any email, handphone, social media account before. Therefore you can bind your email to the purchased account immediately after purchase and proceed to change password to secure the account.

Is my payment secured and safe?

Can I get a refund if I/my child accidentally placed an order?

Unfortunately, we are not obligated to be responsible for your act of carelessness in purchasing of our product/service.

In addition, due to the nature of digital product/service, it is hard for us to process any kind of refund once an order has been delivered, therefore such requests are not approved.

How do I play on PlayStation?

You will first need to bind your e-mail to the account. You can do this through the official hoyoverse website or through logging in from your mobile.

Once the e-mail is binded, create a new user profile on your Playstation and open up the game, it should ask you to login via e-mail and password.
