Yes. Exploration is piloted, which means one of our boosters logs in and plays your account. That is the only way collectibles and chests can be gathered, because a co-op guest cannot open the host's chests or collect the host's oculi. Your details stay securely with our dedicated pilot that is assigned to you, after the boosting is completed, you may proceed to change the password.

Yes, and this is how we schedule every job. Your booster plays while you are away, so your normal play time is untouched. The one thing we ask is that you stay logged out during an active boosting session, because logging in kicks the booster and is the most common reason an order runs late. Tell us when you normally play and we will work around it.

Every job carries a lifetime warranty. If a ban results from work we did on your account, that cover has no expiry date. If the work does not match what you ordered, we finish it or refund you. No questions asked.

No seller can honestly promise 100% safety. Account services break HoYoverse's terms of service, and any site claiming otherwise is making a promise it cannot keep. We focus on what we can control: our boosters connect from a region matched to your server and play entirely by hand.

Yes. Every region listing lets you take the full clear or pick only the areas you still need. If most of your map is unexplored, the full region works out cheaper than selecting area by area. If you are closing a gap of one or two zones, pick those and pay for what you actually need.
