Where to Buy Genshin Impact Accounts: How to Compare Sellers
Updated
There is no single best place to buy a Genshin Impact account. What matters is the type of seller you pick, a marketplace or a shop, and whether you run the same checks on either before you pay.
Every purchase breaks HoYoverse’s rules, and its support centre says “Please do not buy, sell, or share accounts”. Section 2(g) of the Genshin Impact terms of service (last updated May 20th, 2026) treats an account as personal to one player, and says a sold or transferred account can be ended without a refund. No seller can change that, us included.
This guide covers how marketplaces and shops differ, what four marketplaces say in writing about buyer protection (pages read on 8 October 2026), and seven checks that work on any seller. We are a shop, so we say where we have a stake.
Key takeaways
- Marketplaces list many third-party sellers. A shop sells accounts it holds itself. Each has trade-offs, and neither is better by default.
- The marketplace pages we read state their standard protection in days, from 5 to 30, with longer cover as a paid add-on on some listings. Ours is 5 days, or 30 or 60 with Extended Warranty.
- None of the pages we read promises cover for a ban just because an account was bought, and neither do we.
- Run the seven checks below on any seller, and compare the total at checkout, not the sticker price.

Where can you buy a Genshin Impact account?
You can buy from two kinds of seller. A marketplace lets many third-party sellers list accounts, with the platform sitting between you and them. A shop sells accounts it holds itself, so one party answers for the sale. Eldorado, PlayerAuctions, G2G and PlayHub are marketplaces. We run a shop.
How do marketplaces work?
On a marketplace you buy from an individual seller, and the platform’s rules are your protection. Eldorado’s Genshin page filters by region, account type (Reroll, Rolled, Handleveled), characters and more, and lists sellers by store name (checked 8 October 2026). That is a wide choice on one screen.
The terms are where roles get defined. Eldorado’s terms (last modified 1 April 2026) describe it as the commercial agent of its sellers, say it doesn’t own the listed items and say it doesn’t investigate their quality, safety or legality. PlayHub’s terms (updated 15 May 2026) say orders are made directly between seller and buyer, with the platform as a facilitator. So the quality of a sale depends on the individual seller, and you lean on the platform’s dispute process if it goes wrong.
How do shops work?
With a shop there is one seller and one set of written terms. Nobody sits in the middle. That makes the terms quick to read, and the range is whatever that shop holds. Payment goes to the shop at checkout, so its written warranty is what protects you afterwards. Read it before you order, ours included.
What do marketplaces and shops say about buyer protection?
Every seller we read states its standard protection in days or months, and none of it is open-ended. The table shows what each says on its own help or terms pages, read on 8 October 2026. These are the sellers’ own words, not proof they keep them, and pages change, so open the current version before you pay.
| Seller | Who sells | Stated protection window | On publisher bans |
|---|---|---|---|
| Eldorado (marketplace) | Third-party sellers; Eldorado acts as their commercial agent | 3-day check window. Accounts 5 days, some up to 14. Extended warranty of 3 or 6 months on select listings, fee varies | Covered if the ban comes from the ownership transfer or the seller’s actions. Not covered if it comes from the buyer’s own conduct |
| PlayerAuctions (marketplace) | Third-party sellers | Seller chooses 7, 14 or 30 days. Optional paid After-Sale Protection | Not covered if the ban comes from the buyer’s actions, or is unrelated to the previous owner |
| G2G (marketplace) | Separate sellers | 14 days from when the order is marked Delivered | Publisher or developer changes after successful delivery are excluded |
| PlayHub (marketplace) | Orders are between seller and buyer; the platform is a facilitator | 14 days for accounts | The terms say the platform is not liable if a publisher changes, restricts or bans an account after an order |
| Us (shop) | We are the seller | 5 days. 30 or 60 days with Extended Warranty at checkout | Not covered if loss of access comes from your own actions. Publisher enforcement is outside our control |
Read across the rows and a pattern shows. Three marketplaces tie ban cover to the seller or the ownership transfer, or exclude publisher action. The fourth disclaims it. Our warranty lets us assist with eligible issues such as an account that doesn’t match its description, and loss of access caused by the original source.
Where should the conversation and the evidence live?
On the platform. G2G’s help page asks for a full screen recording of the login as evidence, and its buyer-protection page excludes private deals and off-platform communication. PlayHub says messages on WhatsApp, Discord or Telegram don’t count. Eldorado excludes evidence shared on an external platform. G2G also warns that confirming receipt before you check the account can limit the help you get.
Two habits follow. Log in and check the account against the listing before you confirm anything. Keep every message in the platform’s own chat.
How do you compare Genshin account sellers?
Run seven checks on any seller, marketplace or shop, and compare the total at checkout instead of the sticker price. The table works on all of them, us included. A seller who can’t answer one of the seven has told you something before you’ve paid.
| Check | What to look for |
|---|---|
| 1. Who is the seller? | A shop, or an individual under a store name on a platform. Know who answers if the order goes wrong: the seller, the platform or both. |
| 2. What does the listing state? | Server, Adventure Rank and characters. The server is picked when an account is created and is permanent, with no transfer or merge, so a wrong one means a new account (HoYoverse’s server article). |
| 3. How is it delivered? | The method, a written time, and a written rule for what happens when it runs late. |
| 4. What is the warranty? | Days, what is covered, what is excluded, and when the clock starts. G2G counts from Delivered. Eldorado’s check window is 3 days. |
| 5. Where are the public reviews? | Somewhere you can find without the seller’s help, with dates. Be wary of quotes that only appear on the seller’s own banner. |
| 6. How do disputes work? | Who decides, how long the seller has to reply, and what counts as evidence. |
| 7. What is the total? | Payment methods on offer, and any fee added at checkout or taken off a refund. |
Fees are the check people skip. PlayerAuctions states a buyer service fee on top of the order value, and Eldorado’s refund policy returns refunds to your Eldorado balance minus the original payment fee (both read 8 October 2026). We haven’t compared totals across sellers, so we can’t tell you a marketplace or a shop is cheaper. Add up the checkout screen.
Which seller type fits a reroll account, a high-level account or a starter?
Both seller types can carry all three, so choose by the account first and the seller second. A reroll account is bought to start fresh with chosen characters, a high-level account for progress, a starter as a cheaper way in. Eldorado’s Genshin page, for example, filters by Reroll, Rolled and Handleveled accounts (checked 8 October 2026), and we sell reroll accounts on our own site. Decide what you are buying, then run the seven checks on whoever lists it.
A reroll account is a fresh account rerolled until it opens with the characters you want. Our guide to what a reroll account is covers how that works. A high-level account is bought for its progress, so the listed Adventure Rank and character list are what to read twice.
How do we sell Genshin Impact accounts?
We check each account by hand against its listing before it goes up, and we deliver the details by email, usually within minutes of payment. Our delivery policy sets 24 hours from order confirmation. Each account has a written warranty. We also sell on marketplaces, including Eldorado under the store name RerollAccount (checked 8 October 2026), and this post ranks no one, us included.
What the written terms say. Every account has a 5-day warranty from the purchase date. Under it we assist with eligible issues such as an account that doesn’t match its description, and loss of access caused by the original source. Extended Warranty at checkout swaps it for 30 or 60 days, and an approved Extended Warranty claim is refunded at the product price minus the warranty fee. All sales are final because the products are digital. If delivery runs past 24 hours, you may ask to cancel the order before it is delivered and request a refund. Loss of access from your own actions after delivery is not covered, and what HoYoverse decides is outside our control. Full terms are in our refund policy.
Buyer feedback is public on our reviews page and on Trustpilot. You can also browse what we have on the Genshin Impact accounts hub. See the hub for current prices.
What should you do after you buy a Genshin account?
Secure the included email first: change its password and turn on 2FA. Then play normally for 5 to 10 days before you change other details, because a fresh login on a bought account can draw extra checks. That timing is our guidance, not a HoYoverse rule, and it applies to any seller you buy from. The full first-hour list is in our guide on whether it is safe to buy a Genshin Impact account.
FAQ
Where can I buy a Genshin reroll account?
From a marketplace, where third-party sellers list, or from a shop that sells accounts it holds itself. Eldorado’s Genshin page lists Reroll as an account type, so marketplaces carry them, and we sell them on our site and on Eldorado. Pick the seller type first, then run the seven checks.
Is it cheaper to buy from a marketplace or a shop?
We can’t say. We haven’t compared totals across sellers, and no source we read has. PlayerAuctions states a buyer service fee on top of the order, and Eldorado takes the original payment fee off refunds, so compare the total at checkout. See the Genshin Impact accounts hub for our current prices.
How do I know a Genshin account seller is legit?
You can’t be certain, but seven checks narrow it down: who the seller is, what the listing states, written delivery terms, a written warranty, public reviews you can find without the seller’s help, the dispute route and the total at checkout. If a seller won’t answer one of them, that is your answer.
Can I choose my server?
Choose the listing, not the server. HoYoverse says the server is picked when an account is created, the choice is permanent, and there is no server transfer or merge. Check that the listing states the server before you pay, because a wrong one means a new account.
What do I get with a reroll account?
A new account that was rerolled until it opened with the characters on the listing, handed over with the login details. Our guide to what a reroll account is covers it in full.
The short version
No seller type wins by default. Marketplaces give you choice and a platform’s rulebook. A shop gives you one seller and one set of terms. Whichever you pick, read the warranty, check the listing and secure the email. Our current stock and prices are on the Genshin Impact accounts hub.
