ZZZ Tier List (3.2): Top Agents and Which Are Limited

As of 1 October 2026 (version 3.2), all three tier lists we read in full put the same ten Agents in their top tier: Remielle, Ye Shunguang, Yixuan, Miyabi, Astra Yao, Yuzuha, Sunna, Dialyn, Nangong Yu and Velina. Two of those reads are independent, since GenshinBuilds mirrors Game8.
Claret is top tier on Game8 and Pocket Tactics (full reads) and on two more lists we only saw in snippets. GenshinBuilds has it a tier lower. All of these Agents debuted on limited banners, and none of the permanent six is in this tier.
This post is a top-tier consensus plus Game8’s ranking of the permanent six. It is a dated, versioned shortlist, not a full tier list of every Agent.

What is the ZZZ tier list right now?
Top tier is called SS, Tier 0 or T0 depending on the site. Ten Agents sit there on all three lists. Lucia, Norma and Trigger sit there on two. Claret sits there on two full reads and a tier lower on the third. The table shows each placement.

How was this ZZZ tier list made?
We compared the published tier lists we read, noted each one’s date and version, and recorded who sits in the top tier. An Agent counts as agreed only if every list we read in full ranks it there. The table shows the sources.

Two independent full reads, Game8 and Pocket Tactics, sit behind the ten-name core, plus GenshinBuilds, which mirrors Game8. Treat the core as solid, with one wrinkle: Icy Veins has Miyabi at T1 (search snippet). The edges are softer, and snippet placements are marked.
Where do ZZZ tier lists disagree?
They disagree on five points, mostly at the edge of the top tier. Claret, Sigrid, Miyabi, Lucia, Norma, Trigger and Ye Shunguang’s role are all placed differently depending on the list. The note under the table lists which placements come from search snippets.

Icy Veins placements come from search snippets. Prydwen and Icy Veins also have Claret in Tier 0, from snippets. GenshinBuilds shares Sigrid’s Tier 1+ with Game8, and Pocket Tactics’ top tier leaves Sigrid out. GenshinBuilds may be slow to update on Claret.
A role split matters more than a tier split. If one list calls an Agent a support and another calls it a DPS, you are choosing between two different jobs on your team.
Which top-tier ZZZ Agents are limited and which are standard?
Every top-tier Agent on the lists is limited. The permanent Stable Channel pool is six Agents (Grace, Koleda, Lycaon, Nekomata, Rina, Soldier 11), and none of them is in the top tier. Anything outside those six debuted on a limited banner.

P1 and P2 mean Phase I and Phase II. Claret’s debut channel ran 2026-09-09 to 2026-09-30 and has ended. For Astra Yao down to Sigrid, “limited” follows from the Agent sitting outside the permanent six, and the debut version comes from Game8’s roster list. Rerun data comes from Game8 agent pages dated 2026-07-27 and the official 3.1 and 3.2 Phase II posts, so the table shows a rerun only where a source does.
What is running now
Phase II runs 2026-09-30 to 2026-10-20 (official dates; server hours differ) with two channels: Roxy (Wind Stun) and Promeia (Ice Anomaly). Game8 lists Roxy as a debut and Promeia as a rerun. Game8 (updated 2026-09-30) has both at Tier 1+. Pocket Tactics’ 23 September list predates Roxy.
Which ZZZ Agent is best for a fresh account?
Koleda, Rina, Lycaon or Nekomata. Game8 puts those four in Tier 1 among the permanent Agents, with Soldier 11 and Grace in Tier 2. A fresh account’s guaranteed first S-Rank comes from this pool.

The Stable Channel is the non-limited channel, so its guaranteed first S-Rank can’t be a top-tier Agent. HoYoverse’s official text and Game8 agree on how it works. That first S-Rank is an Agent, and it arrives within your first 50 searches. The offer applies once per account. Your first five Ten-Searches cost 8 Master Tapes, not 10. After 300 searches you can pick one Agent from the pool for free.

Which ZZZ Agents do our buyers choose most?
In the last 90 days of our own ZZZ character-account sales, the most bought Agents were Velina, Lighter and Miyabi. All three are limited. That is a small sample from one store, so read it as a signal about what buyers want, not as a strength ranking.

Stock affects what sells, so a popular Agent may only be one we had on the shelf. Rerun data for Lighter runs to 1.7, and for Miyabi to 2.1.
Should you reroll or buy an account for a top-tier Agent?
Limited banners rarely land a specific unit, and the Stable Channel only gives the permanent six. Buying an account that already holds the Agent is the other route, and it breaks HoYoverse’s terms. Our post on reroll odds by game covers the odds.
HoYoverse’s Zenless Zone Zero terms apply to every account, and buying one breaks them. What HoYoverse does about it is up to HoYoverse. Publisher enforcement is outside our control. We control what we check and deliver.
What we handle. We check each account before listing it. Delivery is usually within minutes of payment (up to 24 hours in rare cases). If delivery passes 24 hours, you may ask to cancel the order before it is delivered, for a refund. A 5-day warranty covers an account that doesn’t match its description or loss of access caused by the original source. We checked it on 2026-10-01 against version 3.2. Per the official post, 3.2 “Their Secret Histories” runs from 2026-09-09 to 2026-10-21 (official dates; server hours differ). Tier lists move at every patch, so we refresh this post each time a version changes.
Version 3.3 should start around 2026-10-21, going by the official 3.2 end date. Its banners and order are unconfirmed, so this post names no 3.3 reruns.
